Condolence From: Rev. Dr. Fred Foy Strang
Condolence: I am writing from the Great Rift Valley of East Africa where my wife, Cecily, and I serve in mission with the Presbyterian Church. Cory and Bill were always so supportive of my missionary endeavors among the Maasai people. It was a joy to serve on the pastoral staff at First Presbyterian, Vero Beach and get to know the VanZonnevelds. They were both so graicipous. I remember my wife and I, along with our 2 rambuncious boys, were invited on several occasions to dinner at their home. Cory was the quintessential hostess and genuinely loved my children, in spite of the questionable manners! Thanks be to God for Cornelia VanZonneveld, a life well-lived!
