Obituary for Daniel Campbell

Daniel Campbell
Daniel A. Campbell, 88 of Vero Beach, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 30, 2017.

Daniel moved to Vero Beach in 1949 with his wife Betty at his side as he started his career in the citrus Industry. He was tenacious and driven to make a good life. Always a hard worker, and didn’t stop till the job was done. He was a well-known businessman in the community and affected many with his generosity and commitment to help others.

Danny Campbell was a devoted husband, wonderful father, grandfather and great-grandfather who smiled often, always had a kind word to say and loved and provided for his family unconditionally. His work ethic, drive and determination have been ingrained for generations to come. He always referred to himself as the “Hardheaded Irishman” and while that may be true, anyone who knew Danny knew he had a heart of gold.

He is survived by his son, Kenneth Campbell and daughter, Karla Campbell Hall; grandchildren, Daniel L. Hall, Kenneth Campbell Jr, Jessica Hall Wells, Jenell Milian, Mendi Fuentes, Brittany Campbell and 12 great grandchildren. Daniel was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Betty L. Campbell.

We say goodbye to a great man who will be loved, respected and forever in our hearts.
