Travis James Lucas
Travis James Lucas, 35 of Vero Beach, FL passed away in his home, with his mother by his side, on November 11, 2017.
Travis was born in Bridgeport, Ct to Judith Robinson Lucas and the late William G. Lucas on December 26, 1981. He attended St. Theresa’s Grammar School and graduated from Seymour High School.
Travis worked many construction jobs in Vero Beach and was a friend to all he met. As a youth, he was very active in organized sports, excelling in baseball and basketball. He also loved being active in his church, Golden Hill Methodist Church in Bridgeport, CT
He is survived by his mother, Judy Robinson Lucas of Vero Beach, FL, and his brother, Jason Lucas of Bridgeport, CT; as well as his adored Aunt of Summerfield, FL. Travis will be missed by his family, which includes several Uncles and Aunts in Florida, Connecticut, Hawaii, Oklahoma, and California. And his many beloved cousins all residing in Connecticut
The family would like to thank the many Doctors and Nurses and Medical Staff at IRMC, Lawnwood, Brooks Rehabilitation, Jacksonville, Fl and Carter Health Care for their kind and loving care over the last few years.
